The Warsaw Home & Contract 2022 fair has gone down in history. What will remain after them? Beautiful memories and hundreds of new, fantastic business and private acquaintances. For the second year in a row, together with the UMMO brand, we appeared at the Polish design festival at Ptak Expo. How was our stand presented, what did the visitors like the most and what surprised them? We invite you to a short summary of what happened during the 6th edition of Warsaw Home & Contract. Let's start!
What was waiting for the visitors of the Warsaw Home & Contract 2022 fair?
4 days, over 700 exhibitors, 6 trade fair sectors (Light, Textile, Kitchen, Furniture, Build and Bathroom) and tens of thousands of visitors. This is how the fair presents itself in numbers. Design lovers do not complain about boredom during them. In addition to visiting hundreds of stands, they can take part in a number of lectures on the latest trends and innovations in design. This year, the special guest was designer Karim Rashid, who has won the most important industry awards.
What does the fair look like from the exhibitor's perspective?
From the exhibitor's perspective, the trade fair is not a few days during and before, but a few months of preparations at full capacity. From designing and producing premiere models of lamps, through planning and creating a stand, to taking care of wholesale quantities of catalogs and gadgets. Such an event requires a lot of time and work to meet the expectations of discerning guests. The enormity of warm words and acquired business contacts, collected once again during the fair in Nagorno, shows that this work is not wasted.
How did the UMMO brand surprise the guests during the 6th edition of Warsaw Home & Contract?
This year's edition of Warsaw Home & Contract was unique for us. It was during the event that we presented the effects of cooperation with the SALAK studio, i.e. the first cooperation in the history of the UMMO brand! New collections have also been released - SALLO, SAUVA, PARUMA, ROKKE, SAKOSI, OPMA, ISUULLA, OIO and KELLO, which are already available in our online store. There were also the long-awaited lamps with an increased IP44 tightness class. The ROKKE collection turned out to be the biggest hit, which you can check on our Instagram profile. We heard lots of positive comments about the SAUVA, PARUMA and ISUULLA lines. We heard lots of positive comments about the SAUVA, PARUMA and ISUULLA lines. The new UMMO proposals turned out to be very consistent with the trends that we observed at other exhibitions, i.e. minimalism, functionality and geometric forms.
Other attractions at the UMMO stand
In addition, guests could pick up special discount codes, catalogs, canvas bags and... incense stands, referring to the design of our lamps.
The color scheme was what made our stand stand out. Many people praised the pastel pink, which looked fabulous against the background of the other monochrome expositions in the lighting sector. Visitors also liked the UMMO pots, so you will soon buy them in our store.
Balance sheet of Warsaw Home & Contract 2022
Within 4 days, our stand was visited by several thousand guests, including many from abroad. During this time, we pinned over half a thousand of your stories on Instagram! We handed out nearly a thousand catalogs - the part of the team that stayed in the Gdynia studio twice had to send us catalogs. Many architects have personally appreciated that we provide ready-made 3D models of our lamps, which makes us very happy. We will not count how often visitors to the exhibition made big eyes when they heard that our lamps are hand-assembled in Poland, and their price - even in inflationary conditions - is very affordable.
After Warsaw Home & Contract 2022, it's time for another fair, this time foreign. What? Stay tuned!
